Back to Black

From all over black looks to touches of ebony in ribbons, hairpieces, shoes, jewellery and gloves, ebony bridal accessories are fiercely in this season. Highly contrasted with classic white wedding dresses, accessories are stepping away from the usual suspects of pastel lilacs and corals, and confidently strutting towards unapologetically bold black.

    Looking for Venues?

    Verandahs

Choosing your wedding venue will be the most important decision you will make to begin planning your special day. Therefore a number of important factors have to be considered to ensure the day is perfect.

You have to consider whether the venue is functional for your style of wedding. Will it accommodate your caterers and their equipment? Can it provide for the unpredictable elements Mother Nature throws at us? Will your guests be relaxed and comfortable throughout the day and into the evening?

Verandahs have considered all of the above and provide several beautiful locations around the property to set the stage for your day. There are ample shaded areas in the gardens for the warmer months and flat level grass areas for ceremony seating. There are big wide verandahs to mingle on during the night or seat your guests for a feast! For those wedding days where the sun has refused to shine, we have the verandahs as your romantic wet weather option with 360 degree see through pull down blinds to give protection from the elements all year round or can simply add another dimension and transition the mood from afternoon to evening entertaining.

The huge undercover carport accommodates the caterer’s needs with ample power points, lighting and access to running water.

Verandahs Studio House is the perfect place for the bride and her maids to relax and get ready. The Studio House is far enough away from the wedding activity for your privacy but still close enough to feel the excitement as your day comes together and your guests start arriving.

The main king bedroom is a beautiful backdrop for your first photos! No need to leave the property for that perfect photo shoot. Verandahs have that covered as well.

Whilst the Bridal photo shoot is in progress your guests can mingle in gardens and sport their talent in a variety of lawn games, or simply relax and watch the sunset.

We have it covered at Verandahs, leaving no surprises except for the ones on your guest’s faces as they arrive at your chosen venue!

This is our promise to you…

    Pavilion 2 at Broken Head

Enjoy luxury Byron Bay house accommodation — the seclusion of a beachfront property with direct access to a legendary surf beach which extends from Broken Head north to Byron Bay.

Nestled into the beachfront rainforest, the pavilion style four bedroom home is a private and secure retreat perfect for a small beach wedding, secluded honeymoon or beach getaway. The house is also perfect for corporate retreats and private spas.

Listen to the sound of the surf and smell the salt as you hideaway in the sand dunes or in the privacy of your own home. The house consists of a series of inter-connected open-plan pavilions incorporating extensive living areas, a pool and decks and set amongst a lush rainforest-inspired and private Australian native garden.

Successfully blending the inside with the outside, there is extensive use of timber, stone and glass. This mixed with the interior palette of creams, whites and earthy pastels creates an idyllic luxury atmosphere that integrates seamlessly with the natural environment.
