On Saturday, January the 13th, we’ll be opening the doors to a selection of the most sought-after wedding venues the Byron Bay region has to offer. Whether you’re after a secluded hinterland venue or somewhere that offers magnificent views, there will certainly be options to suit any style or preference.
All venues will be open from 10am to 2pm. The Byron Bay Weddings team will be onsite at each venue to show you around and discuss all aspects of your wedding from venue hire to coordination, styling and catering.

Fig Tree Restaurant
Perched atop a hill, the Fig Tree is blessed with the most stunning panoramic views of Byron Bay, with the ocean, Julian Rocks and the iconic Lighthouse as a backdrop. A breathtaking venue made even more striking with its luxe new look, the Fig Tree combines its humble beginnings with a fresh, classic take.
With different options to hold your ceremony, a romantic outdoor dining setting underneath a historic 150-year-old fig tree, award-winning food and service, a gorgeous wet weather backup plan (no need to hire a marquee), and onsite accommodation large enough for the entire bridal party or immediate family; it’s no wonder the Fig Tree is such a popular place to say ‘I do’.
Byron View Farm
Boasting the best 360-degree uninterrupted ocean to mountain views, and only 10 minutes to the beaches of Byron Bay, Byron View Farm is considered one the most breathtaking wedding venues in the region.
Set on 40 acres of lush green rolling hills on a secluded hilltop, Byron View Farm iconic setting lends itself to complement any style preference. An original, charming white cottage creates the central focus. Its spacious wrap-around verandah is a perfect setting to host cocktails, canapés and intimate dinners for up to 80 guests. If your guest list is larger, there’s plenty of room for a luxurious tipi, Sperry Tent or clear marquee where you can enjoy dining under the stars. The cottage also doubles as self-contained accommodation which is the perfect love nest for newlyweds to escape to following the celebrations.

The Orchard Estate
Set on a hilltop, The Orchard Estate overlooks a macadamia orchard and pockets of green rainforest. Perched in the middle of grassy manicured lawn and gardens is a stylish barn inspired building freshly painted in striking charcoal and white. The property which was purposely built for hosting special events offers the perfect blank canvas to style your wedding.
EarthHouse boasts a unique rural setting with spectacular mountain and hinterland views. The property is set on a 110-acre farm with extensive gardens and a beautiful 100-year-old fig tree; a beautiful setting for a ceremony.
Unique in design, EarthHouse was purposely built for weddings. The building is constructed from rammed earth, it contains large wooden beams throughout and embodies a natural rustic charm. It’s the perfect blank canvas for any wedding. The owner’s philosophy is tasteful simplicity, inspired by the natural environment of the Byron Bay hinterland. You certainly get this feeling when stepping onto the gorgeous property.
Victoria’s At Ewingsdale
If you were considering a trip to Europe for your wedding, look no further. Victoria’s European inspired ‘country manor’ offers a fairytale feel with immaculate gardens, stunning views to the ocean, Juliet balconies and a stone facade; this luxury wedding venue is a true hidden gem. Imagine dining by candlelight under the grapevine canopy with beautiful music and amazing food with your closest family and friends.

Forget Me Not
Forget Me Not is an awe-inspiring venue is set on a 100-acre working cattle farm, it’s completely private and tranquil. Overlooking a lake with water lilies and a little rowboat beside an old wooden jetty, you can’t get more romantic than that! Turn a corner and find another secret spot, relax and listen to the running water of the natural little waterfalls amongst the rainforest. As night falls, the atmosphere changes with all the fairy lights reflecting onto the water. This venue is one of a kind!
Barefoot At Broken Head
Located just five minutes from the heart of Byron Bay, Barefoot at Broken Head is the most stunning and sophisticated beach wedding venue in Australia. Set in a lush tropical rainforest with direct access to Broken Head Beach, this venue boasts a private and tranquil setting for up to 70 people.
Say your vows by the sea with a backdrop that spans from most easterly point of Australia, featuring the iconic Byron Bay Lighthouse, to the picturesque headland of the Broken Head Nature Reserve. Huonbrook Valley offers a truly unique wedding venue in the Byron Hinterland.
Picture your wedding in a stunning valley with spectacular mountain skylines, on a chemical-free certified organic farm. With luxury onsite accommodation, pure spring water, meandering streams and many photo opportunities such as in the vineyard, bamboo ‘cathedral’ or rock pool. Three Blue Ducks At The Farm
Located on The Farm Byron Bay, an 86-acre biological farm in Ewingsdale, Three Blue Ducks is a place for lovers of real and innovative food in a relaxed beautiful setting, where service is king. With years of cooking experience in world-class restaurants, head chefs Darren Robertson and Mark LaBrooy use the best local produce to create unique dishes with bags of flavour.
Many of the ingredients are sourced from the sustainable farm on-site, including fruit and vegetables, herbs and salads, organic eggs and a wide range of livestock. They also draw upon the region’s best edible goods from local and ethical producers. And they aim to source fresh and seasonal produce from around Australia – chemical-free, organic, and grass-fed and grass finished.
