To say this epic Blue Mountains elopement film took our breath away would be a MAJOR understatement.
Sublimely captured by videographers TJ & Shaun from Lemon Tree Film House and set against the jaw-dropping backdrop of Australia’s Blue Mountains, Carly and Trent’s wildly romantic elopement, officiated by local legend Josh Withers, may just inspire you to leave tradition (and wedding planning stress) at the door and elope yourselves!
And why not? Eloping is not just a great way to avoid the stress and expense of a traditional wedding but it also helps keep the focus on what truly matters – two people in love who are choosing to spend the rest of their lives together.
So give yourself a moment to be swept away by this super glamorous and totally intimate wedding where the love, the views and THAT sparkly rose gold gown does all the talking.
A few words on the day from celebrant Josh Withers – Married by Josh
“Carley and Trent had their hearts in the right place and their eyes set firmly on beginning their marriage in the most personal, intimate, and meaningful way possible to them. They travelled to the Blue Mountains from Wagga and asked Britt to create an elopement that reflected their marriage, and Lincoln’s Rock with Heart and Colour, Lemon Tree, and myself turned out to be just that.
We celebrated the fact that they are really into each other and are 100% dedicated to annoying and loving each other for life. Personal vows that had all the feels were exchanged and then they saw the day out with a portrait session as you can see in this post.”
A few words on the day from videographers TJ & Shaun – Lemon Tree Film House
“There is something incredible about witnessing a marriage where ALL traditions have been scrapped… no big guest list, no buffet and NO stress. Just two people in LOVE.
Trent and Carley had the most relaxed yet heartfelt ceremony with the most breathtaking of backdrops; it seriously was PERFECT.
And do we even need to mention THAT dress? Seriously. OHMAGERDDDD…
We love capturing every wedding but it was super fun getting to focus 100% on Carley and Trent and having the complete freedom to tell their unique story without the usual stresses of making sure to include this person, that person, those shots and so on.
And they were so sweet… they were most excited about going out for a meal and back to their hotel together afterwards.”
