Corinne & Tony's Deux Belettes WeddingJun 29

Warm, earthy hues enveloped Corinne and Tony’s Parisian-inspired ceremony. Framed by sky-high stone walls wrapped with vines, similarities are instantly drawn to the romance of a renaissance styled ceremony – rich with history, culture, and charm. Deux Belettes’ Chateau set the scene for this intimate love story, destined to stand the test of time.

An elegant affair of lace and embroidery gave Corinne’s Nelder-Jones Couture wedding dress it’s old-world feel. Long lace illusion sleeves and a v-neckline accentuated the blushing bride’s adorned look, radiating a powerful finesse.

Accessorised with a collection of hand-picked jewels, Corinne’s Nelder-Jones Couture gown was a perfect fit for Deux Belettes’ rustic location. The makeup artists at The Luxe Beauty Co. gave Corinne’s style its finishing touches, with glowing golden and nude tones – thoughtfully chosen to complement the bride’s fashion pieces and her wedding’s unique venue.

Tying the knot with the expertise of celebrant Cara Gallagher from Modern Loves Ceremonies, Corrine and Tony rejoiced while speaking their vows, a beautiful moment shared between the two, while their loved ones watched on with full hearts. Celebrating their union, Corinne and Tony were understandably overflowing with a pure love for each other, caught by Jimmy Raper Photography in sweet glimpses between the pair.

While meandering amongst a sea of rustic greenery, Jimmy Raper Photography captured the magic of the day with his relaxed approach to the Deux Belettes wedding. Clearly represented through his imagery, all parties gleamed with joy as they giggled, relishing in the day’s perfection. Deep burgundy bouquets and floor-length gowns, the romanticism of classic beauty was evident throughout the Deux Belettes ceremony – before Tony whisked Corinne away for some alone time and heartfelt embraces.

Fig Tree Restaurant

From your ceremony, under a huge fig tree with the ocean, lighthouse, and Julian rocks as a backdrop, through to cocktails and canapés by the pool or lawn games and a gentle walk through the garden – your guests will feel instantly wowed, relaxed and indulged.

Established in 1981 Fig Tree is Byron Bay’s most awarded restaurant, this year again winning “Best Restaurant North coast Region” and again being a national finalist in “Best BYO Restaurant.”

Dinner can be a relaxed affair, by the pool or on the lawn under the stars ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ or a more intimate dining experience in the restaurant. With a large open planned interior, the restaurant leads itself to a night of family, friends, great food and fun.

Che, Head Chef and Owner, keeps it simple with produce sourced predominantly from the restaurant’s own gardens, along with the fields, paddocks, and oceans that surround Byron Bay. In the restaurant, he combines this premium produce with his creativity and experience, gained from years spent travelling and cooking around the world.

For your wedding menu, Che will invite you to the restaurant to enjoy a six-course tasting, before sitting down with you to design a menu that reflects what is fresh, local, in season and is “the food you want to eat!!”

Fig Tree offers two houses for accommodation – The Dairy and Sunrise, both on either side of the restaurant, for you, your family or friends to get ready in or retire to.
